Bookings and deposits

• A booking is confirmed only when our staff confirm it to you by message or phone.
• A deposit is confirmed only when our staff tell you they have received it.
• Our staff tell you the deposit, payment and cancellation details for your booking before you pay.

Prices

Prices on this website and in our messages can change without notice. The price that applies is the one our staff confirm for your booking.

Automatic replies

Some replies on Messenger are drafted or sent by an automatic assistant. These replies are for information only. Our staff confirm dates, prices, availability and any booking details. If an automatic reply and a staff confirmation differ, the staff confirmation applies.
