Data Deletion

When you message Seriva Mountain Resort on Messenger or book with us, we keep your messages for 30 days and your booking and conversation records for 12 months, as our Privacy Policy explains. You can ask us to delete them sooner.

How to ask us to delete your data

1. Message our Facebook Page on Messenger and write “Delete my data”, or email serivaresort97@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my data” and the name on your Facebook account.
2. We delete your messages and records from our systems within 30 days and reply to confirm.

Deleting the conversation in Messenger

Meta keeps its own copy of your Messenger conversation. To remove it, open the conversation with Seriva Mountain Resort in Messenger and delete it.
