Who processes it for us
- Meta Platforms (Facebook and Messenger) carries your messages to us and back.

- Anthropic (Claude) reads message text to draft replies.
These companies may process data outside the Philippines. Each one handles it under its own data protection terms.
How long we keep it
- The text of your messages: 30 days.
- Booking and conversation records (who, when, what was agreed): 12 months.
After that we delete it. Meta keeps its own copy of the Messenger conversation under its own policy.
